Gary's Dragon
Meet Lloyd, Gary's Chinese Water Dragon. Lloyd's nickname is Loodie. Lloyd is about 2 1/2 feet long and about 1 year and 2 months old in this photo, but he was only 3 1/2 inches long when Gary bought him.
Lloyd is always hungry, and loves to eat crickets & worms, and occationally goldfish & baby mice. He loves to climb and reach the highest point in any room. He will check something out by licking it.
He likes to jump long distances. He's an excellent swimmer, and sometimes he will sleep underwater. Lloyd doesn't like hair, and will snap at it.
Gary says that Lloyd is pretty much a home boy right now, but he will be getting a leash eventually, and take him for walks. Some people are a little scared of Lloyd, but he's really quite friendly. He's a good pet, easy to take care of, and doesn't bite.
Chinese Water Dragons can live up to 15 years. Lloyd is named after Lloyd Christmas in the movie Dumb And Dumber.
